The Role
Our recruitment consultants’ goal is to place the ideal candidate in the perfect role for them. In order to achieve this our consultants are involved in the sourcing and selection of candidates, providing career advice to candidates, taking briefs from clients, organising interviews, providing feedback, negotiating salaries and maintaining good working relationships with clients and candidates alike. It is a sales orientated role however we never compromise on the highest level of customer service with neither our clients nor our candidates.

We don’t insist on previous recruitment experience and would love to hear from ambitious, self motivated applicants from a fashion, retail or supply background such as buying, merchandising, design, technical or wholesale who are looking to join the fast paced world of recruitment.
